WARRANTY POLICY

All of our products are under a 50 day warranty which begins once your package is delivered to you! Anything beyond the 50 days will be considered wear and tear, and not be eligible for replacement or reimbursement.

Exchange/Refund Policy (Warranty Policy)

  • We gladly accept returns for refunds/exchanges within 50-days from when your order was delivered to you! 

    • If 45 days have gone by from the order delivery date, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund/exchange.

    • If you believe your item is faulty for any reason please contant us on Instagram @azoness1 or email us at bayer@azoness.com 

    • Please note that your return must be sent back to us within the 45 days, but it does not have to reach us in the 50-day window.

    • We do not cover shipping costs for returns/exchanges at this time.

    • If you return an item, the original shipping cost is not refunded.

  • Once your return reaches our facility it may take 2-4 business days for your return to be processed during a normal business wave, if it is during a weekend  for us please allow 4-7 business days for the team to process your return accordingly. If your return passes inspection, then your refund/exchange will be issued.

  • For refunds, the returned item(s) cost will automatically be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.

    • Please note that refunds can take up to 7 business days to process back into your bank account.

  • For exchange requests, we will fulfill it if stock is available and you will receive a confirmation email for the exchange order.

  • If you request an exchange and stock is unavailable for your request a refund will be issued.

    • We do not ship returned items back to customers if exchange requests cannot be fulfilled.

  • Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND/EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

Processing refunds/exchanges can take up to 2-4 business days once the return package reaches our distribution center on regular business waves. During a launch business wave we kindly 

ask between 4-7 business days to process returns once they have been delivered to our warehouse 

 

We do our best to process them as quickly as possible once they have been delivered to our facility!

 

Below are more FAQ's about our refund/exchange process and policy:

  • If you request an exchange for an item and stock is not available for your request a refund will be issued.

  • Exchange requests can only be made for the same product being returned in either a different color-way or size.

  • If your return is denied for any reason, you will be emailed, and the items will be sent back to you.

  • Refunds can take 5-7 business days to process depending on your bank.

Sale Policy

  • Items discounted 35% or higher on our site are finale sale and are not eligible for returning.

    • This includes both returning items for an exchange or returning items for a refund.

  • Items discounted under 30% will be eligible for returning for an exchange or refund.

We do not price match for items that may be discounted at any time.

 

Late or missing refunds

Packages will be processed on a first-come basis. Please allow up to 5-10 business days for our  team to process your refund once your return package reaches our facility. You will be notified via email once your order has been refunded. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted (5-10 business days after being issued by us). 

WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOM FEES/TAXES? 

*Please note all applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

 

Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country as these charges are not issued by Alphalete. Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package – the value is the retail cost.  

Azoness cannot mark any package(s) as a “Gift” in order to avoid customs and duties fees.

Please note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages at their discretion.  For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office.

WHEN DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS?

We like to keep our products limited! We generally do not restock our products, but we may release the same styles in new color-ways or release completely new styles altogether!

There are a few circumstances where we will restock the same item twice, and if we do, we will make an announcement. You can stay up to date on all product releases and restocks by signing up for our newsletter at the bottom of the homepage or following us on Instagram @azoness1
